Issues always get taken care of in a timely matter. I just moved in myself, and the staff is still so incredibly nice Their customer service is so solid.

|Recommended: YesGreat living space in Midtown — I like that the monthly payment is all-inclusive utilities, internet, electricity, etc. are all rolled into one price, making it easier for students to manage. Only downside is the limited visitor parking space. There is free street parking nearby though.

There is room for improvement especially parking and value for money.
However, overall unquestionably a quality clean hygienic atmosphere to live and would recommend to my contacts.
|Recommended: YesA convenient place to live near Wayne's campus — Overall, the Union is a pretty nice place and in a safe area of the city. Parking isn't great, but there is never any noise. I can barely hear my roommate when we are in our own rooms. Everything is clean - the hallways and common spaces in the lobby, but there are more fire alarms at odd hours than normal. I had an issue with the heat being out in the winter for about a week, but they came through and gave everyone space heaters for the time being, which essentially solved the problem. Everyone on staff is very nice and helpful and professional. Overall, it's a convenient place to live - it's close to Wayne's campus and has its own furniture so that makes moving in pretty easy. Also, there's in-unit laundry and everything is paid for on a flat rent payment, so it's easy to control costs.
