|Recommended: YesVery good if you want to live a city life — Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. Maintenance was on point. All utilities as well as internet included - super fast. I really liked my one BR apartment. The only issue was parking, but the management and property staff were extremely helpful in allowing me to park on some spots, strategically. I had to move because I needed a bigger place.
The only few caveats I would say would be parking, and heating is a little too less. But management staff provide us with heaters if our rooms are not heated well enough. Particularly good for students, incoming resident physicians, people without a car, and for those who want to enjoy a city life for a reasonable and convenient rate.

The neighborhood is AMAZING with lots to do nearby along with classes nearby. The newly renovated community room is extremely inviting. Bethany has helped so much throughout these past few months.

Everyone is very kind and understanding. There have been times where I was so loud in my apartment and didn’t realize but my neighbors were nice and didn’t say anything
