COVID Policy: The Union at Midtown

The Union at Midtown is following strict cleaning protocols and safety measures to comply with all MDHHS recommendations for safe operations to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Residents
While entering and leaving the building, using the common areas, or interacting with staff, residents are required to wear face coverings and maintain a safe social distance.

Staff
Staff are required to wear facial coverings at all times and follow the safe social distancing while in the building.

Cleaning
All common areas including the reception area and restrooms are cleaned and sanitized daily using electrostatic sprayers. The clubhouse and other non-essential areas are cleaned and sanitized after each use.

Fitness Center
Our fitness center remains open with restrictions. Doors will remain locked and residents will need to be let in, with a 2-person maximum capacity. Equipment and room will be cleaned and sanitized between uses.

New Residents
To ensure the safety of our new tenants, units are deep cleaned and sanitized between tenants, with a 10-day turnaround as extra precaution.
